Starbonds are adjusted *only* when box office is reported to ERC. No ERC box office = no starbond adjusts. GIMCS and KNIFT have not reported any box office to ERC so they will be detaching all of their starbonds and delisting at $0.01.
In cases (like you have pointed out) where box office *is* reported to another source like BOM but not to ERC, HSX detaches the starbonds (they do not adjust) and then HSX cashes the moviestock out based on the secondary source of box office.
In both cases you used as examples, they have not reported box office to ERC, so all the starbonds will be detached and not adjust for those movies, but since they did report box office to BOM, the moviestocks will be delisted at the amount of box office reported to BOM (instead of the standard $0.01).
