TAGS are recalculated every week after the actual box office totals are downloaded from ERC. Generally on a Monday about 6-7PM. Movies that are in release, even if delisted, contribute to the TAG (IE TREK2, FAST6, EPIC, etc) but we are more concerned with those that delisted this week.
Generally, when the StarBonds are halted, the TAG that shows is the new TAG. "The price of the StarBond is adjusted to match the TAG..." at about 1:30 PM on Tuesday, meaning the new TAG that is on the detail page the night before.
What has happened is that a number of players who have charts noted that the TAG for attached bonds for the delisted movies PAWN and LSALM were not properly updated. It is an error that Antibody can correct before the adjust, and various people were trying, with various terminology, to point that out.
The problem appears to have been corrected, but I felt your not understanding the question deserved an explanation.
