Bonds with a sizeable $ adjust ($200K or more) I'll invest in even if they have a low dROI, because I anticipate others will see the gains and invest.

Bonds with a low dROI - 0.10% or less - can move in unpredictable directions. Sure, I could invest and get a guaranteed return. But there's a risk it will bleed on me until closer to adjust. My strategy is to buy in later, at a more profitable time.

It's also worth ignoring dROI based on current prices, and going on your own estimate of the delist. Lots of moviestocks are over or under-valued, so play accordingly.
