Query on the Star Bond Rules.

Just getting back into play after a long hiatus.

What are the rules regarding whether or not a movie is included in a Starbonds TAG?    Seems to me that it was only when a movie had $0 B.O. was that movie dropped from the star's TAG.   Now I see that yesterday certain stars were removed from movie properties that had minimal but still more than $0 B.O.   Why is that?     Not wanting people to make a quick killing off Russell Crowe and the like?

 

No intent to be snarky or anything, I'd just like to get a feel for what the hard and fast rules are here.
