An observation on the possible effects of COVID related disruptions to starbonds

Its only been seven weeks that I've been posting these weekly snapshots but I'm noting some trends.  With the number of active Starbonds only increasing by 6...
The number of ARB (can't adjust down) SBs has dropped every week, from 444 to 300.
Likewise the number of BRA (can't adjust up) has risen from 11 to 20.
The number expected to adjust up has dropped every week from 589 to 482.
And the number expected to adjust down has increased every week from 266 to 419.
