on a deep water hole. Talks about a rapid response team, we where talking about this a coulpe of days ago that none of that state governments had one ready to do. Or required the oil companies to pay for one on a stand-by basis espicially after the Exxon Valdez. They were too busy counting the money and had better things to spend it on then what if's. If they had just spent 10% of what was spent post Katrina on the leves fixing up the leves over the past 40 years the flooding in New orleans would likely not have happened either.
