I watched it. Not bad but (possible small spoilers inside)
They need to go more into the disappearence mystery (and conspiracy). So far, it's been 2 episodes for 2 where they captured returned prisoners, so that got old pretty fast. And what was the whole sequence when Sam Neil returnes back to the underground newly built prison and asks the first prisoner some question and prisoner answers "I don't know"; so they stare at each other for 10 seconds and then Sam Neil walks away? What was answered or accomplished there? Nothing. Just a waste of about a minute of time...
Oh yeah, and if Sam Neil was one of the 2 guards that discovered the disapperance in 1963 (and he looked like he was early 20's), so 50 years later he should look like 70's right? Does he look 70 in the show? I don't think so...
Anyway, other than that, concept does seem interesting as long as they go more into the mystery...
Anyone else watch Alcatraz tonight? I thought it was okay, mainly because Sam Neill is awesome in it, as always {nm} Jan 16, 20:51
