Well, it depends on the day. Some days I go to bed early (around 9:30PM-ish), other days I go to bed at midnight or 1AM.
At present 9:30PM-ish would be 3:30AM Pacific time on the same day, and 1AM would be 7AM Pacific time. However, after April 1st, we go back to normal time instead of daylight savings time, so both those equivalent times I just mentioned would go forward 1 hour. When April 1 comes around, reset on here will be 5PM, which is when I knock off work on weekdays.
