Horrible company. Astronomical prices compared to Amazon and other online entities which have the added benefit of not requiring you to pay sales tax, the "customer service" is dreadful as the employees know next to nothing about the stuff they're trying to sell you. Their "Geek Squad" line of computer service is even worse as the people there are arrogant and take forever to perform any repairs. You're lucky if you get your computer back in working order after the first "repair."
