bought a laptop from them last year and hated the hard sell towards addons. they wanted like $199 for first time setup and care
on a $400 laptop! i had to fight this kid off through numerous pitches, very annoying. so while i get, that they want to make $, i am more inclined now to go to walmart etc, where i can buy what i want and be ignored (which i prefer when shopping!)
