oasis have been my favorite band since 1994 so I've been pulling for the team for quite awhile
Although I would say I have become a bigger fan of "soccer" in general in recent years so I guess lucky enough for me, my passion for the team coincided with the Sheikh Mansour era. It's really only become particularly easy to follow European club football in recent years due to Fox Soccer Channel and ESPN2/3 showing so much of it now. Good time to be a fan!
