Some HSX history... (what I could find)
HSX was created in early 1996 and was opened to players in November 2006 (as beta testing with an announted game reset to take place January 1, 2007)
In July 2007, the delists of Batman And Robin; and My Best Friend's Wedding crashed the HSX game servers. HSX attempted to do a "system restore" to go back a few days in time to bring the game back but was unsuccessful. All ports were reset and the game restarted the following month.
In November of 2007, HSX started beta testing a new game interface and the game switched to the new interface on December 1, 2007 and all current players were given the default start date of Dec 1, 1997.
