I was wondering the symbolism of the bacon. Walt's "1" in "51" was only 1/2 a piece. Does Walt have 6-months to live, or will be saved by Skyler and Walt Jr coming to the rescue with his full piece of bacon?

Also, at the end, Skyler was smoking and using Walt's 51st B-day coffee cup as her ashtray, symbolizing the ashes of their relationship? Her disdain for Walt? (Though openly smoking in the house that normally has a baby is pretty bad, too).

Walt now no longer sees Skyler as someone he truly cares about (though he does still care about the kids). She's someone that he now has to control and spin a web of lies to keep his fiction going. She's quickly becoming a wild(er) card that he's going to have to deal with, as she's going to start making more and more desperate moves to save the kids (if not herself), and that's going to push Walt to do... ?
