i dont know why i should even respond; you have nothing but contempt for the players and this game, but
you must know that word has a history of violence and hatred associated with it. while a clueless baseball player may say its not offensive, it is to members of this community and much of the general public. it is routinely censored in the media of both USA and Canada including the link you gave. It was inappropriate to post the word.
But lets look at his explanation. Claims he can use it because its not offensive to him. Thats a slippery slope. It opens up for anyone to use any slur they want, then claim ignorance. Ridiculous.
I wouldnt want anyone using other slur words to players here from other backgrounds
