There's something seriously wrong with this team, if they don't use this oportunity as a chance to make big changes, then I don't know what
to think of Mr. Ross.
There is talent on the team, now bring people who can make that talent produce. Get rid of Ireland, Philbin, all the coaches. Bring people of experience and strong personally who can turn it around, take out the bad weeds and reclaim order on the locker room.
On the field they are trying to adjust the personell to Sherman's offensive style, when it should be the other way around.
The defense seems to be getting figured out every week, something's not working there.
The draft gave NOTHING of value so far. This is trully unacceptable.
Something good can come out of all this. Ross must clear house at the end of the season and start anew.
Yes, I'm a frustrated Dolphins fan. Incognito-Martin issue aside, the team is getting outcoached in every facet of the game, there's a complete lack of playmaking attitude being displayed, and definitely all this bad atention is not helping anyone.
Next season: New GM, new coaching staff, draft 2 OL in the first 3 rounds, add one more from free agency, give current player talent a new chance on the rest of positions, results can/should be much better.
