The issue at hand is the timing. In the past, when a hockey has tested positive to a banned substance that is not doping, as was the case here they are told immediately and allowed to retest. He was never given that opportunity. In this case, the Olympics said they were so backed up they couldn't test in a time frame that allowed that. Its rather unfortunate. You of all people appreciate what its like to play for the gold medal.
