I was trying to that feeling where time is flies.  Friday did go by rather quick and it's already 8am.  I guess that's what was down there for me. I don't have time for a 3rd job, but more hours would help.


Part of a relaxation thing I had 25 years ago, I was supposed to imagine an escalator down.

rest for 10 minutes
imagine the escalator
take a deep breath
count backwards 10-1
time the exit from the escalator with 1

From there you can think about the healing warmth of the Sun or losing weight if you need to.
