anyone have a studio/space around LA they want to recommend?

Just had a successful crowdfunding for a project incorporating stills and video, and will be shooting a lot over the next month, or so.

Have a fair amount of experience shooting around LA, but my favorite space closed a couple months ago (r.i.p. Pillar Box), so i'm definitely open to trying out new places. If anyone's got a studio/space anywhere in southern CA, or Vegas, that's worked well for you, i'd love to hear of it.
