From watching a couple commentaries on some of Asylum's DVD I got the impression their typical budet is less than $1M per movie. (One director I think said his shooting budget was $200,000 and he only had two weeks for filming.)

I've actually never seen it, but it seems "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes" would be a great sequel/remake for the Sharknado folks to work on tealfan Oct 06, 09:27
