Can anyone tell me the steps I need to take to become a stock broker?

I want to be a stock broker. I am at the age of 18 and I have a passion for stocks and the competitve world of trading stocks. My goal is to eventually be working on the floor of the NYSE. I also want to be a CEO of a corperation but I need to know the proper steps. I am a senior in high school and I plan on going to college to get my MBA possibly a PHD in Business. While getting all of this I want to take my series 7 exam and shadow under an experienced stock broker. Other than what I have listed above I have no clue what to do. Can someone please give me whatever advice they have?
