In a reply to a question, the official facebook page replies that the movie will be in limited theaters on 3/8/13 and then wide VOD and Digital Download the following week (3/15/13) but the facebook page only talks about the release into the IFC Center (linked above) and does not mention any other theater releases (the official webpage also has no theater screenings listed).

Right now, it looks like one weekend at IFC Center and then the following week it is moving to agressive On Demand.

It was always intended to be day and date theater and VOD (link) (<-- note linked article is from last year).
