Quitting Leagues

Any progress on having leagues that a person quit removed from their list (just like TRADER WATCH LIST)?  I am getting quite the bulky list with no desire/ability to click on leagues I am no longer a member of.  Very unfriendly and cluttered.

I would also still like to withdraw my application to one league that the admin has not accepted my application for almost 2 months.  Capability does not exist, but it really should be possible to do so.
