Commissions or Extra Charges or My Publik Skool Math?

Today, H$700,000 was not enough to buy 2000 shares of AVNG3 @ H$350 per share.

I could only buy 1,993 shares for H$704,525.50.

Did I miss the memo about commissions now being charged?

Or is there some other reason H$350 x 2000 does NOT equal H$700,000???
