If you can get on with a Blackberry, then maybe the problem is with your computer system / browser / internet connection and not HSX . . .
Maybe obvious questions but have you tried clearing your cache. When the problem starts have you closed and reopened your browser. Re started your computer? Re started your router?
With computers, you can be suprised sometimes what ends up being the problem.
