Production was pushed back to Feb 2013 where they started shooting but the producers ran out of money. (link), the production company was changing leadership and cutting costs and/or Evan Rachel Wood was pregnant (link)
Production was planned to resume later in 2013, first in November then rescheduled for December. (link)
A promo reel was produced and released at AFM 2013 (link) promising that filming would be completed (link)
Production never resumed.
June 2014 the producers filed a suit against Evan Rachel Wood for dropping out of the project after 11 days of filming (link)

Summary:
This movie shot 11 days of principle photography in 2013 (4 years ago) and then (for various reasons) postponed the rest of shooting for a later time which never happened... and never will. This is a dead project (the star is not returning and the producers ran out of finnancing, and have moved on to other projects (link).
