1-How do you account for currency exchange rates? For countries that don't report Box Office? For different movies being released at different times in differing numbers of countries?
2- How do you place a value on that?
3-AFAIK sales dollars for home video are not reported. Number of units maybe but those will be at different prices for different outlets at different times.
4-Can you expand on what you mean there? What kind of connection are you trying to make between Theatrical Box Office and streaming release windows?
5-Again, how do you place a value on that? How do you count audience views since different streaming services use different criteria for a "view", when they report views at all.
