does HSX even pay attn submissions for new films in development or in production?

hi, i know its a labor of love. but several announced films from major names i tried to send to the support email and cue it up for easy listing.

never get a response and most of those titles just are not listed.   trying to support and do my part, but ... wondering what others think or know on this type of thing?
