In the past BOM nos have been discredited here when posted by people. And you can't be using a exceptional rule as a last sec decision without informing all users that this WILL be done with prior notice period (not, "yes it has happened in the past" or "it may or may not be done"). Whether BOM or any other source would be used could have been answered by those in power to do so BEFORE KNIV2 released or even post Day 1 or Weekend 1 when BOM updated numbers. This is not how a transparent system is run. Once the movie neared delist without a decision being made (& made clear to all in advance) it should have been delisted for each person at whatever price they held so no one suffered loss or gained miraculously at the last min. Just cut it off as a one-off & maybe make a rule for such future releases by VOD services which is set beforehand and doesn't lead to another last min decision by one person.
