Can I recover my old acct if I no longer have access to that email address?

I only recently started playing again and assumed my old account would have been purged years ago, but it showed up with a user name search. My original account was tied to a Time Warner Cable email that I lost access to back in 2011, so resetting the password isn't an option.


Is there a way I can verify details from that account and get it transferred to a new email?
