Flagging a 45M port loss due to Mario2 error

Somehow some way when I purchased Mario2 it went through twice. I was charged and collected gains for 2 Mario2   look at my chart drop, net worth history and daily loss. It doesn’t make any sense,  not possible, unless I was charged twice and when sold both went through as a single trade. So a 75m loss.  Not
