any improvement in transparency in this market matters, cause i agree, IPOs dont behave as I would expect either.

If the goal is to attract more trading, then HSX should make the market more transparent, with more tools, and statistics.

If you as a trader cant or dont find an edge where you expect it, such as IPOs, you need tools to be able to find it somewhere else. Any tools or stats are a means to that end.

That is why it matters.
