Frozen? I mean that the IPO remains at the IPO price until all shares are sold...
so if a stock never sells the 15,000,000 shares, does that mean it just stays at IPO price until it does? Or is it released on reset as is normally the case with IPOs?

If it's the latter than in theory, a stock shouldn't be able to move at reset post-IPO at all unless it's sold its shares {nm} Dec 06, 12:04
