Born in Santa Monica, CA, I spent 11 of my formative years in Texas. I've been back in Southern California since 1993. I love the beach, the weather, the LA vibe, and the seafood; but I still yearn for good barbeque, tex-mex, Big 12 sports, and Texas hospitality. I claim dual citizenship. I'm a SoCal Texan.
