The feature film version of the TV series Doctor Who has long been in development at BBC Films. The science fiction series that has acquired a cult status throughout the world. The premise involves a set of teachers who decide to find out more about their students. Upon digging around, they find that the grandfather of a young woman seems to be some kind of a time-traveling Lord. The only name linked to the project is that of Charlie Higson who is believed to have written the script. Sydney Newman and Donald Wilson created the original BBC series.
