Description

Universal is developing Michael Moorcock’s fantasy book series The Elric Saga as a potential film franchise. The first film will cover the first six of the eleven books in the series. The Tolkein-esque epics center on Elric, a warrior who presides over a decadent island nation. His is betrayed by his cousin and sets on an adventurous journey. The film is produced by Chris and Paul Weitz at Depth of Field.
