Over the last fifteen years, Martin Brest has produced and directed a number of memorable films including Midnight Run and Beverly Hills Cop. With only a handful of films to his name and almost all of them hits, Brest shows his discerning taste as both a producer and director.

His films, like Scent of a Woman, which was an Oscar nominee for best director and best picture, demonstrate his knack for combining hilarious comedy into character-driven films.
