Description

Based on the novel by Nobel-prize winning author V.S. Naipaul, The Mystic Masseur is a drama about an Indian living in Trinidad who becomes a successful healer after failing as a writer. The film stars Ayesha Dharker, James Fox, Aasif Mandvi, Om Puri, and Zohra Sehgal. Ismail Merchant (Cotton Mary) directs from the adaptation by Caryl Phillips. The film will be release by ThinkFilm.
