Tori Spelling began acting an early age, appearing in several TV shows that were produced by her father, Aaron Spelling. The Los Angeles-born actress compiled credits in such programs as The Love Boat, Fantasy Island and Hotel, before moving on to her well-known role as Donna Martin on Beverly Hills, 90210. Spelling began to make a transition to film in 1996, starring in such made-for-TV movies as Co-ed Call Girls and Mother, May I Sleep with Danger? In 1997, Spelling appeared in the theatrical releases, The House of Yes and Scream 2.
