Warner Bros. has unleashed the first trailer for the fantasy sequel Wrath of the Titans [CLSH2] on Apple. Sam Worthington [SWORT] returns as Perseus, who saved Queen Andromeda from the Kraken in Clash of the Titans. Ten years later, Perseus's God father Zeus (Liam Neeson [LNEES]) has been kidnapped by Hades (Ralph Fiennes [RFIEN]), who has switched his allegiance from the Gods of Olympus to Kronos of the Titans. To save mankind, Perseus embarks on a journey into the underworld to rescue Zeus and overthrow the Titans. The action-packed trailer offers a visual feast of creatures from Greek Mythology, though many elements seem to be borrowed from the God of War videogames. Clash of the Titans also had exciting trailers, but the final film ended up mostly disappointing. Wrath of the Titans opens on March 30th, 2012.
