Disney continues its blockbuster year as the animated Moana [MOANA] rode an estimated $81.1 million over the its first five days, the second best Thanksgiving opening behind only Frozen's $93.6 million.
Fantastic Beast and Where to Find Them [FBSTS] was dethroned to second with $65.8 million. The J.K. Rowling fantasy has banked $156.2 million.
Doctor Strange [DRSTR] finished third with $13.4 million to bring its total across $205.1 million.
Allied [ALLID] debuted at the fourth spot with $18.0 million over the holiday weekend.
Bad Santa 2 [BSNT2] opened in seventh place with $9.0 million.
Rules Don't Apply [HUGHS] crashed and burned with just $2.2 million.
