A Simple Favor [ASFAV] moved up a spot to second, slipping just 35% in its second weekend to $10.4 million. The thriller has earned $31.6 million.
The Nun [THNUN] finished third at $10.3 million, bringing its total to $100.9 million.
Last weekend's champ, The Predator [PRED4] tumbled 65% from its debut to $8.7 million and fourth place. The sci-fi sequel has banked $40.3 million.
Fahrenheit 11/9 [FH119] opened at the eighth spot with $3.1 million.
Life Itself [LIFIS] died in its $2.1 million debut at number 11.
Assassination Nation [ASNAT] opened outside the top 12 with just $1 million.
