After sitting on the shelves for more than three years, Paramount has finally dusted off the horror film Case 39 [CAS39] for release on October 1st under its Paramount Vantage label. The film stars Renee Zellweger [RZELL] and Bradley Cooper [BCOOP] pre-The Hangover since he gets killed off. I haven't reveal any spoiler that's not already in the trailer, since the trailer pretty much gives away the whole movie in a desperate effort to entice an audience.
