Alvin, Simon and Theodore are back for another animated sequel in time for Christmas Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked [ALVN3]. Jason Lee [JLEE] is back in the forefront as Dave who takes the Chipmunks and their ladyfriend Chipettes on vacation abroad a cruise liner where they subject those aboard (as well as moviegoers) to their latest high-pitched covers of pop songs. The movie title and story line promises the Chipmunks will be shipwrecked on a remote island, where hopefully they won't be rescued and have to resort to cannibalism. Well, one can hope.
