After winning the Oscar for best actress in Monster's Ball, Halle Berry [HBERR] cashed in with roles in franchise films and a string of forgettable thrillers. Berry has now taken another dramatic turn playing a woman suffering from a multiple personality disorder in Frankie and Alice [FRNAL]. The film wrapped nearly two years ago without finding distribution, so producers are self-distributing Frankie and Alice with an Oscar-qualiying run in December hoping to land Berry another best actress nomination before opening the film in limited release on February 4, 2011.
