Trying To Join Leagues Even Though They Dont Qualify

      I'm an admin of leagues on several levels.  I have several members in each of my leagues.

 

        It seems as though in each league, there are members trying to join, who havent reached the level of other members in the league, and thus dont qualify for it.  For example, I run a league called the 10 million dollar league.  I dont care if people who have 2 Billion join, but I keep getting messages that people with 2 or 3 million are trying to join every day, and are continually being rejected.

 

     Do any other league admins have this happen to them, with the same people trying to join every day, who dont qualify for the level of the league, because they dont have enough money, and keep getting rejected?
