As manager of the Original Idea Fund, I am constantly shorting independent films
There are lots of small independent films that make very little money at the box office. I end up shorting most of them. A good strategy is to look for independent movies that are currently in release. Unless they are not reporting their box office grosses (which some don't), you'll see how much money they've made so far. If a movie was released a month ago and it's only made $5,000, it's probably not going to make much more than that, so it will probably delist at about H$0.01.
