from the date they've joined. I re-invited Torfin a few days ago when he/she hit 3 Billion. this time the invitation was accepted. 4+% won't count towards monthly rankings, only gains/losses from the time of the join date...

it is a known glitch in the matrix, happens all the time in Rocket's PVL leagues...
