Your bpresumption is pretty much correct. If someone has been seriously enough considerdd for a role - as cast member or diector - andthat evaluation is in the opinion of HSX 'management' during the period in question or has such status dat the end of that time - the bond receives a 'stay of execution' and remains active. My problem is that there is never any notice that a bond has been placed in that status. Nothing ever appears on the bond's page to indicate such a consideration.
It is up to the account holders to monitor the forums and/or other source(s) of indyustry news for such employment news and'read between the lines' about how sriously 'management regards it. Since only projects which are completed and released ever gget listed on the bond's page, counting 5 entries on the list and their dates tells you nothing about this. Through the years, I have been messed up on several bonds like this. Complaints about the lack of transparency have been totally futile. ☹️ Good luck. You may need it on this matter.
