PINK2 is a special stock. Antibody has tried to delist is a number of times but it just reappears so he gave up. ;)

As for TRPLT if you look at the stock page you will see there was an article about it only 2 years ago.  That is probably when it was moved to "Concept".  Once a stock goes to "Concept" then the timer for dead delisting it starts.
