The Maiden Heist Release Date [LMAID]

Does anyone know when this is going to be released? I watched fragments on dvd the other night and there was a preview for this movie. I saw that the compnay that made the film went bankrupt and that it got shelved for a while, but i figure if they are advertising it on fragments dvd then it must be coming soon. any insight?
